The one lone sane voice amongst a bunch of rubes, and this reporter glosses over the real issue!
Wildlife conservation, you know, the shepherding of this land is important and putting scientist, biologist, and DNR people NOT POLITICALLY CONNECTED to weigh in on Wildlife management.
Not hand out tags on a animal, with no idea or comprehension as to the damage inexperienced hunters will do to the Coyote population, which we need!
This is a joke, and the fact that this reporter never mentions this, is sadly becoming the norm with the lack of real journalist reporting real issues, instead of this garbage.
Nice early line in the article.."Need a extra $15 bucks, go shoot a coyote in Grundy county.."
You might as well have rang the dinner bell to all the nut jobs out there!
Classless!
How about speak of the people who choose to live in rural areas, then complain when they see wildlife?
Leaving fluffy outdoors unattended is the issue, not the coyotes.
